Quality system
Quality policy is aimed at guaranteeing a high level of professionalism and delivering services that satisfy the requirements of the client. Continuous improvement hereby forms an essential part of the quality system. Through thorough planning and with the help of in-built procedures and work instructions, projects are realized whereby the quality of service offered, timing and financial aspects are continuously monitored, recorded and where necessary adjusted. The quality system has a number of means at its disposal to detect and rectify deviations and thus continuously bring about improvements (corrective and preventive measures, the performance of internal and external quality audits, management evaluation, client satisfaction monitoring, registration and follow-up of complaints, etc.).
Quality policy is founded on the following pillars:
- Employees with the necessary technical knowledge, motivation and creativity to bring the project to a successful end in all its phases. The competence of the employees plays a central role in the provision of a service, and for this reason the company only works with qualified multilingual personnel who regularly receive additional training.
- A partnership with external parties, with a view of establishing a long-term working relationship. With those suppliers with whom a permanent or regular partnership is in place, reflection takes place and we work on the continuous improvement of the product that is created from our partnership.
- A clear communication structure vis-à-vis the client, the advice-giving institutions and our suppliers, as well as internally.
- The positioning of the project within the framework of the legislation in force. The company closely follows the changes in the various legislation (EU directives, international regulations, national and regional legislation). The company is convinced that it is only possible to work in a deontologically responsible way if all relevant legal directives and regulations are complied with.
- Act as a ‘problem solver’. By applying professional insight and economically responsible principles, we put forward solutions that best correspond to the definition of the problem formulated by the client.
- A commitment on the part of the management, establishing a basis for the provision of quality services.
